Shannon Aronson

Co-Founder

Shannon Aronson is a Co-Founder of WAAV Real Estate, where she specializes in leveraging her extensive industry relationships to acquire highly profitable multi-family investment opportunities. With over 20 years of experience, Shannon has invested in multi-family properties worth over $350 million.

Shannon advises and leads top real estate professionals as the CEO and Executive Business consultant at Keller Williams Premier Metro Group. She has unmatched dedication for helping agents build their careers which has propelled them to collectively sell over $2.5 billion annually in residential and commercial properties.

Additionally, Shannon and her husband, co-founded Solstice foundation which focuses on humanitarian work in Guatemala. They have built and continue to build medical and dental wellness centers near El Progreso to support communities in extreme poverty.

Zack Aronson

Co-Founder

Zack is a Co-Founder of WAAV Real estate and he is a General Partner (GP) across a portfolio of nearly 800 multi-family units with a total acquisition value of $140 Million. In addition, he is involved in portfolio management for Lake City Equity, where he has leveraged his expertise in real estate analysis to develop proprietary systems for asset and portfolio management. These systems are designed to integrate data seamlessly, manage complex portfolios, and deliver actionable insights.

Zack is employed at an asset management platform, where he has overseen and managed a portfolio of assets with a combined value exceeding $4 Billion.

He was a key member of Newmark’s highest-producing appraisal team in New York City, where he contributed to appraisals totaling over $20 Billion in property value, and he has been a licensed realtor with Keller Williams since 2014.

Zack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
